Your order and payment confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours. Our products shipped directly from Japan to you. We typically have orders processed and shipped from Japan within 3-4 business days excluding weekends and Japanese holidays. You will be notified with a tracking number after your item has been shipped. You can trace your item via EMS Track & Trace, this is Japan Postal tracking, but the site is in English.
