What is your Refund Policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will make every attempt to make sure every customer is satisfied. However, if there is an error on your order, contact us upon receipt and we will gladly fix the issue.
All sales are final due to the nature of the product. Only manufacturer defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for returns. The merchandise returned must be in their original condition & packaging, UN-OPENED and UN-USED. The items must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order. Once we receive the defective item we will ship your new item at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before the order’s shipped. Please contact us if you made an error on your order or would like to cancel your entire order. If you cancel the order after the order’s shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for return and reshipment.
