Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from our distribution center located in Japan. We can send your order to almost any place products can be shipped. However we do not ship orders to countries and/or states in which the sale of adult toys are illegal. When you purchase a product from us and are having it shipped to a country other than Japan, you become an importer. You will be responsible for your own country’s Import laws and regulations.
Do you ship to P.O. Box?
Yes, We can ship to P.O. Box with no problem.
I don’t want my family to receive the package. But I don’t have a P.O Box…
Postal Service in many countries have a service called General Delivery. Your mail will be held at your Main Post Office and can be conveniently picked up. Please make sure if your local post office offers the general delivery service and how long they can hold your package. For this type of delivery we need the following details: full name, name of the post office branch, the full address of the branch including state and country.
Beyond this, we are discrete shippers.
How much do you charge for Shipping?
Shipping Fee will be based on the total weight of the products and the destination. Shipping Fee is calculated after you have completed your delivery details. You will save on shipping when you purchase multiple items rather than single item every times. The more you buy, the more you save on combined packaging.
We use Japan Posts Express Mail Service, the fastest, safest and most reliable mailing service.

We ship worldwide and can send your order to anyplace products can be shipped. However, we do not ship orders to countries and/or states in which the sale of adult toys are illegal AND to countries which are not allowed by U.S. laws and regulations.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to us undelivered for any reasons (shipment error due to wrong address given, unaddressed by addresses, refused by yourself or refused by customs), we will NOT reship and we will cancel your order. We will refund the total sales amount, but the shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
Items not in Stock: We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. In rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand for our products and limited availability, products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.
